MAKING A PHOTO SEPIA TONED

Once you have your image open. Go to ENHANCE > CONVERT TO BLACK AND WHITE . A dialogue box will open. Click OK.

Then go to ENHANCE > ADJUST COLOR > COLOR VARIATIONS .

Then click on the color increase or decrease buttons until you are happy with the color.

If you totally mess up you can click the RESET button.

If you didn’t like the last thing you did you can click the UNDO button.

When you are finished you click OK.

A TOTALLY DIFFERENT WAY TO DO SEPIA TONES

Another way to do Sepia is to use an ADJUSTMENT LAYER. In your layers pallet, click on the YING/YANG button, and select HUE AND SATURATION from the drop down menu.

When the dialogue box pops up, put a check mark in the box next to colorize. And adjust your sliders until you have the sepia color you want, click OK when you are done.
